Charming late-Victorian souvenir vase in frosted white opaline glass, delicately printed with a sepia lithographic enamel transfer view of Lincoln Cathedral.
The image has a soft raised texture — the result of an early fired transfer technique used for fine souvenir glass around 1885–1910. The opaline glass glows faintly pink under UV light, typical of period soda glass.
A lovely example of early English tourist ware — understated, historic, and beautifully preserved.
