Shipping Information
We ship all items from Berkshire/Oxfordshire, UK via Royal Mail, using tracked services.

Processing Time: Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days.

UK Shipping: Tracked 48 or Special Delivery (depending on value/fragility).

International Shipping: Royal Mail International Tracked, depending on destination and object type.

Packaging: Fragile antiques are professionally packed. We video-record each packing session for transparency and insurance.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination. Multiple items will be combined whenever possible to save cost.

Customs & Duties:
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes. These are not included in your purchase price
