Antique uranium opaline glass vase, dating to around 1880–1900. Likely Bohemian in origin.
Hand painted in colorful raised enamels with birds, insects, and foliage. The opaline green tone is somewhat cool rather than warm green.
Glows bright green under UV light (uranium glass).
Height: 13 cm (approx. 5 inches). The width is about 7.5 cm.
Condition: Very good, no chips or cracks, minor age-related wear to enamel.
A lovely collectible piece for uranium/vaseline glass collectors or those interested in Victorian decorative glass.
