Charming English Georgian Style, early 1900s made, half-pint ale tankard crafted by British silversmiths Elkington & Co, famous for their finest silver plated items.
The tankard, or mug, features crisp engine-turned bands and an ornate handle. It is ideal for display, barware, or serving a traditional half pint of ale.
Condition: Very good with very light wear. I can only note a few miniature spots of tarnish on the bottom inside and a tiny spot on the handle. No loss of plating, no monogram or engraving - ready to become that special gift and add your own dedication.
