Vintage 1980s Modernist Runway Designer Necklace with Detachable Semi Precious Stone Pendant

Stunning Regal Vintage 1980s rigid choker with articulated hinged parts and sliding pendant. 

Created by probably Alex Bitter or similar designer, alas the the maker's mark fool sticker on the reverse side is lost (traces on the reverse). 

Created of light weight metal and resin, it is dipped in rich gold. The choker has hammered front surface and is smooth at the reverse.  Detachable pendant with faux agate.  Hook and eye closure.
 
Stunning piece in excellent condition.
