Good Vintage set of 6 pairs of Steak Knives and Forks, all featuring Stag Antler Handles by the English silversmiths Gee and Holmes, Sheffield, England, circa 1960s.
The handle is genuine Deer Stag Antlers, shed by the deer in Scotland, collected and polished by hand.
Background: The Stag Antler is a natural material that falls off the deer’s head every year in the British countryside. An antique set that has not seen any use.
Measurements approximately: knives 22 cm, forks 17.5 cm. The box is 39 by 24 by 4 cm.
Condition: Very good with normal scratches, some small stains of the forks, signs of age on the box.
