Exquisite enamelled Blue Opaline glass vase, opaque single thick skin, created in the late 19th-century Bohemia, and marked to the underside with cream painted figure 19. The vase has an impressive size and striking opaque blue opaline colour. It has a rough pontil dating it to the 19 century.
The top body is beautifully hand-painted with intricate gold and cream enamel scrollwork encircling the body of the vase in opulent Biedermeier style. Gold highlights add refined touches to its design.
