Rare Find: Likely from the Stourbridge trade, attributed to Webb / Stevens & Williams style production, this is a small Victorian biscuit-barrel form created in pink opaline glass, featuring a blown body with ground pontil base and silver-plated collar marked “England” with a handle.

The jar has a strong manganese UV fluorescence in intense fuscia pink in 395 UV torch light - a lovely example of antique English tableware.

Material: opaline glass with silver-plated mount

Date: circa 1890–1915

Width: 3.5 in (9 cm)

Mark: “England” to collar

Condition:

Very good antique condition.

Glass free from chips or cracks.

Light age wear to the silver plating consistent with age.
