Opulent Daum Nancy France Art Nouveau Water Jug or Wine Decanter, made in France around 1895 as part of Ducal Service by the luxury glassmakers Daum Glassworks, signed in gold on the underside Daum Nancy with the cross of Lorraine.
The Ducal Service Collection, was first presented in the Nancy catalog in 1891.
The Jug is blown with lobed melon shape. It features and brushed gold strokes on the neck and it's applied handle.
The height is about 20 cm.
Excellent antique condition with only a speckle of gilding loss on top of the handle.
