Antique cup and saucer duo, manufactured by Samuel Alcock & Co. (Hill Top Pottery, Burslem, Staffordshire). This set features the highly sought-after early Rococo Revival "Etruscan" shape, characterized by a fluted body, molded ring foot, and a distinctive wishbone handle with a lower spur.

Pattern Number: Hand-painted "1/601" in gold script on the saucer base.  Vibrant jade green abstract leaf accents paired with meticulously hand-painted gold gilded wheat sprigs; central gold starburst/wheat medallion inside both the cup and saucer.

Dimensions: cup 10 cm diameter, 5 cm high, saucer 14 cm diameter.

Porcelain: Excellent antique condition.  No chips, hairline cracks, or structural restorations. Handle joins are perfectly intact and secure. Bright with minimal age-related rubbing. Jade green enamel remains vibrant and intact.  Minor, expected shelf wear on the unglazed foot rings consistent with a 200-year-old piece. Clean glaze with no heavy crazing.
