Antique Jugendstil Faux Filigree curtain shaped tabletop picture frame made of tin based alloy around 1900, likely in Austria-Hungary or France. Tin alloy was the material of choice in the Art Nouveau period due to the fact that tin and tin based alloys are particularly suitable for the curved Jugendstil shapes.

Condition: very old pre-owned piece, with a time aged appeal, showing tarnish, patina and other signs of age and wear and little tear. Glass is present, the back easel supported with extra wire.
