Exceptional French Hollywood Regency HOUR LAVIGNE mechanical table boudoir size clock retailed by Asprey of London, featuring lucite faux marble in deep emerald green colour "cracked ice" and gilt brass decor. Circa 1950s–60s.

The faux marble lucite case features rich green and black marbling suspended within cast acrylic, framed by elegant gilt metal detailing including a stepped cornice and bun feet.

Amazing when back-lit.

The gilt dial is signed Asprey and fitted with applied Roman numerals and blued steel hands. The clock is powered by a French mechanical movement signed Ch Hour France, accessed through the rear brass plate. Ideal for mid-century, Art Deco, or Hollywood Regency inspired interiors.
