It started as a casual wander through a honey-coloured village — the kind that faintly smells of cream and freshly baked scones. I was not expecting much, until I stepped into a cool dark space of a country-style antique barn tucked behind a wisteria-covered gate.
And there it was: a celestial blue Harrach vase, glowing like a dropped piece of sky. 19th-century Bohemian opaline glass in a rare, dreamy shade of blue.
After a brief styling fling, it’s now ready for a new home. Sky not included—but the glow? Still very much intact.
